At Personalised Wishes, we take pride in creating and delivering your personalised items with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All our items are made to order, which means each product is created specifically for you.

Processing time: 3–7 business days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Please note that personalised items may take a little longer depending on the design.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across South Africa.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected promotions.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on your location

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We’re not able to take responsibility for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasional delays can happen due to high demand or courier issues. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
