Personalised Wishes is an online business based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, specialising in personalised gifts, tumblers, event stationery, keepsakes and custom-made products.

3. Products and Services

Personalised Wishes offers customised and non-customised products, including but not limited to:

Memorial keepsakes
Custom gift items
Printed products and accessories

Whilst every effort is made to ensure product images accurately represent the final item, slight variations in colour, size and appearance may occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Full payment is required before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to amend prices, promotions and product offerings at any time without prior notice.

5. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details, including names, dates, photographs, spellings and wording, are accurate before submitting an order.

Where proofs are provided, customers must review and approve them carefully prior to production.

Personalised Wishes cannot be held responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production commenced.

6. Production and Delivery

Production times vary depending on the product and order volume.

Any production or delivery times provided are estimates and should not be regarded as guarantees.

Personalised Wishes shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions
Incorrect customer information
Public holidays
Adverse weather conditions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once the item has been collected or handed over to the courier.

7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, customised items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

A replacement, refund or store credit may be considered where:

The item arrives damaged;
The incorrect item has been supplied; or
An error has occurred during our production process.

Any concerns must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the order and should be accompanied by clear photographs of the product and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics and written content, remains the property of Personalised Wishes unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

9. Customer-Supplied Content

By providing photographs, artwork, logos or other materials for personalisation, you confirm that you own the rights to such content or have obtained the necessary permission to use it.

Personalised Wishes reserves the right to refuse any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringes upon the rights of any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Personalised Wishes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the order in question.

Personalised Wishes is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
